If you don’t have one, we make it easy for you to schedule an eye exam with Ultimate Eyewear Ltd—no hassle, no hidden fees. Our seamless process ensures you get the care you need without the usual stress or searching.

11. Do you accept insurance or health cards?

Yes, we accept most major health cards and vision plans. Contact your nearest location to confirm coverage before your appointment.

12. How long does it take to get my glasses?

Since we source frames and lenses from a variety of trusted international suppliers, delivery times can vary. Typically, once your order is confirmed, your glasses will be ready within 21 to 30 business days. We build in extra time to accommodate any unforeseen delays.

To keep you fully informed, our automated system sends updates via email and messages through your personal account at every step of the process.

13. What if I need help choosing the right frame, lens or making a decisions?

No worries! When you select your preferred Ultimate Eyewear branch as your home location, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Xpert Advisor. 14. How will I know when my glasses are ready?

Plus, you get access to a personal online back office where you can view your entire eye care journey—past and current prescriptions, orders, invoices, and more.

For current orders, a progress bar shows the exact status in real time, so you always know where your glasses are in the process—without needing to ask. That’s the SpecXSmart way!

15. How do I collect my glasses once they are ready?

When your glasses are ready, you’ll receive an automated alert, and your personal Xpert Advisor will contact you to arrange a convenient collection date.

If you chose mail delivery, your glasses will be shipped directly to your address. If you prefer in-store pickup, we’ll schedule a date and time for you to visit your chosen Ultimate Eyewear branch and collect your glasses with ease.

16. Do you offer after sale services?

Yes! One of the biggest advantages of shopping with SpecXSmart is our hybrid model. You enjoy the convenience and confidence of online shopping, plus the peace of mind knowing you can visit your home branch for any issues, adjustments, or frame alignments relating to your new pair of glasses. 18. How often should I get an eye exam?

We recommend having a comprehensive eye exam every 1 to 2 years, depending on your age and associated eye related diseases/conditions. Our SpecXSmart system will send you friendly reminders when your next exam is due!
