At SpecXSmart, we strive to deliver a personalized and high-quality eyewear experience. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and refunds are limited. Once your order has been confirmed with your Xpert Advisor and payment has been made, items are non-refundable.
Prescription Lenses
Non-refundable unless defective due to manufacturing error.
Optical Frames (via SpecXFusion)
Non-refundable once you have approved your frame choice in person or via digital confirmation. Returns only accepted if:
- The frame is defective or damaged before collection or delivery
Exchanges
If a product is eligible for return due to defect:
- You may request a refund or a one-time exchange
- If you want a different style or item, place a new order after the return
Refund Process
If a product is eligible for return due to defect:
